Alberto Marín Vidal

Founding Partner of CompanyGame


He has developed numerous business simulators and other gamification applications fundamentally oriented towards university training and managerial development. He regularly collaborates with various universities, business schools and corporations, teaching courses based on business simulators. He has extensive professional experience in the field of consulting companies and institutions, on issues of strategy, organization and feasibility analysis. He has a degree in Business Sciences and a Master's in Business Administration from ESADE (Spain).

Jorge Alfonso González

Director of the Academy area of ​​CompanyGame


He is a Doctor in Administrative Sciences, Master in Administration, Public Accountant and Bachelor of Business Administration. Director of different programs at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Guadalajara. He has served as Director of the International Case Center for the past decades. Founder of the Latin American Association of Cases. Internationally recognized expert in the development of cases and their application in university education. Developer of various business simulators and expert in their application. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the North American Case Association (NACRA), of the World Association for Case Method Research & Application (WACRA) and President of the Board of Directors of the Latin American Case Association (ALAC).

Víctor Marín Miravet

Responsible for the Operations and Support department of CompanyGame


He has a degree in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a degree in Statistics from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has developed several business simulators and has advised a wide variety of educational institutions in the implementation of business simulators in their educational programs. He has given numerous training courses and workshops for teachers and academic coordinators.

Alejandro Combalia Pujol

Administrator of the CompanyGame Operations and Support department


He has a degree in International Business from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Gamification from the ENTI. He has contributed to the development of various business simulators and has coordinated various educational activities. He has followed up, routed and redirected situations to the appropriate resources and has carried out training and certification processes.

Ana Laura Luna

Andrea Espejo


Course manager with more than 8 years of experience in academic management and competency-based curriculum design in higher education institutions. Aimed at raising educational quality through the design of innovative methodologies, with a long-term vision and a high level of effectiveness. Bachelor of Business Administration from UPC (PERU) and Master of Education with mention in Curriculum FROM THE Postgraduate School of PUCP (Peru). He has extensive experience in curricular and instructional redesign for the incorporation of business simulators in educational programs. Additionally, the operations team is incorporated into the project, responsible for facilitating the configuration of courses and facilitating their development by teachers and students.
